College Students and Young Professionals
You’re finally out of your parents’ house, and starting your own life.
Whether you’re in college or recently graduated, the transition into a new environment can be challenging. There’s no one telling you what to do, but there’s also no one ready to help you get places on time or remember what you need to get done; not to mention buy groceries, prepare meals, and pay bills!
I will support you in developing the structures that enable you to maintain your independence and succeed on your chosen path. And if that path becomes unclear, we will redefine or reinvent it to take advantage of your strengths and your excitement!

Adults
Being an adult seems so much harder for you than everyone else.
It might feel like you’re struggling to stay on top of everything, or the effort to do the bare minimum leaves you completely exhausted at the end of every day. In the rush to get somewhere on time, or to meet a deadline at work, you make embarrassing mistakes or forget important pieces, like leaving your car running in the parking lot or getting the kids to soccer practice without the snack for the team.
You know you could do more to get organized and plan ahead, but doing that takes time and energy that you just don’t have.
We will collaborate to identify what is getting in your way and redesign your life and environment to work for you rather than against you. We will structure your day-to-day around your strengths and the things that get you excited, then build in ways to keep up with the rest.

Families
Everything was so much easier before you had kids, right?
You love them to pieces and would move heaven and earth to make sure they’re healthy, happy, and set up for success. So why does it seem like they’re fighting against you for everything?
They don’t go to bed, and then won’t get up for school. They struggle in school, forgetting assignments or making careless mistakes on tests. And have trouble maintaining friendships: last week’s best friend is this week’s mortal enemy.
Altogether, their emotional outbursts, tantrums, and dramatic mood changes bring out the worst in you. How will you make it through their high school years and ensure they get into a good college?
I work with you, or the family as a whole, to design structures to manage schedules, assignments, activities, and together time. With commitment from each family member, your relationships with each other will improve, and—dare I say it?—you will see some peace and harmony at last.
