ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Kathy Shaps. I am a mother to three grown children, a wife, a professional in the financial technology sector, and a coach. I am professionally trained through a program with dual accreditation from both the International Coaching Foundation (ICF) and Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC).
My life felt like a constant struggle until the moment I started working with a life coach. She understood me like no one else ever had and with her support and introduction to positive psychology and mindfulness, my life and relationships improved. I was then diagnosed with Attention-deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
The self-awareness I gained by learning about ADHD and the strategies and practices I have incorporated into my life have given me the power and peace I had never had. My life-changing experience with coaching inspired me to want to support others in finding their own power and peace as a life and ADHD coach.
